Got in the pool @ 5:45 this morning. As usual, landed in the slow lane and then half way through the workout I realized I was the fastest one in the slow lane… even with my fins off. That’s called progress.

There is a top open water swimmer from Long Beach that did poorly in the pool. I guess she has all kinds of open water records. Might I suggest a good winter surfing wet suit because I have a blast swimming open water in my wetsuit. I saw your brothers in Mammoth. And Doug said you have a list of “distressed” properties or something. Perhaps you can list the property shown at stevesrocksite.com /what’s the deal?
