To measure success I am tracking weight, inches, and training hours.
Here are the results.
Week 1 – 9
Training Hours: 95
Swim: 2,025 laps (either 25 yards or 25 meters)
Ride: 420 miles (both road and spinning)
Run: 135 miles (primarily road but also on treadmill)
Yoga: 15 hours
Massages … Not Enough !!!
I started measuring my body during week 3. Here are those results:

Thanks to a healthier eating habit, I’m proud to report my cholesterol dropped from a high of 219 to 185. So, stayed tuned.
