Measure Success

Beyond conquering the course and embracing the journey, Ironman offers an opportunity to have a tight body.
    Bring it on!!!

To measure success I am tracking weight, inches, and training hours.
    Here are the results.

    Week 1 – 9
    Training Hours: 95
Swim:   2,025 laps (either 25 yards or 25 meters)
Ride:         420 miles (both road and spinning)
Run:          135 miles (primarily road but also on treadmill)
    Yoga:        15 hours
    Massages … Not Enough !!!

I started measuring my body during week 3.  Here are those results:
    Inches lost: 3.75
    #s lost: 4
    Muscle gain: priceless

Thanks to a healthier eating habit, I’m proud to report my cholesterol dropped from a high of 219 to 185.  So, stayed tuned.
